Coronavirus Update (21st March 2021): The Government Road Map allows us to re-commence under 18s classes from  12th April so we will start teaching after the Easter holidays from w/c Monday 19th April. Allocation of spaces is the same as prior to lockdown. Parents are permitted to train in the same class as their children if they are already doing so.

We will ensure payments already made will cover the appropriate number of classes.

Adult (over 18s) attendance for Tai Chi and Kung Fu will be allowed from Monday 17th May.

Home Based "Digital Classwork"

These training videos are to help students train or be reminded about certain parts of their ongoing training. They are NOT comprehensive teaching sessions suitable for those who have not trained in class with us. As such, there may be omissions made (deliberately or without conscious thought) as these are being produced rapidly in response to the sudden problems created by the pandemic.

They are "free" of charge and ready for anyone to dip into. It is our hope that students from all backgrounds and classes will benefit from an alternative, or thought-provoking, way of teaching.

We teach the Lee family arts but these are also complimented by our wide ranging health & fitness work such as the needs of our younger ones (Kung Fu Dragons – children’s exercise disciplines) up to our more elderly Tai Chi students. Master Trainer (Sifu Steve) has studied a variety of martial arts and is a Children's Fitness & Kids Combat Instructor along with being qualified in Chair-based exercise for the frail elderly.

We really do train with a huge cross-section of society so do please refer to the video which is appropriate for you but, by all means, have a go at other ones. Most important are the Stances but anyone who trains with us knows that!!
