These training videos are to help students train or be reminded about certain parts of their ongoing training. They are NOT comprehensive teaching sessions suitable for those who have not trained in class with us. As such, there may be omissions made (deliberately or without conscious thought) as these are being produced rapidly in response to the sudden problems created by the pandemic.
They are "free" of charge and ready for anyone to dip into. It is our hope that students from all backgrounds and classes will benefit from an alternative, or thought-provoking, way of teaching.
We teach the Lee family arts but these are also complimented by our wide ranging health & fitness work such as the needs of our younger ones (Kung Fu Dragons – children’s exercise disciplines) up to our more elderly Tai Chi students (chair-based exercise for the frail elderly). We really do train with a huge cross-section of society so please bear with us whilst we get to the video which is appropriate for you.
