Inner Depth offers a unique combination of health & fitness classes alongside regular weekend workshops that are open for anyone to try. These include: Tai Chi (Lee Style), Kung Fu (adults), Kung Fu "Dragons" (children from 4 years old & teenagers) and BodyStretch (Chinese Yoga) as well as Tap Dancing (just for fun!). We even teach Tai Chi for the Elderly where some participants are 100 years old!
Anyone taking a class can improve themselves whether for health, fitness or other reasons. The depth of teaching in the classes recognises that everyone is unique and their needs will change as they journey through life.

As well as our Kung Fu Adults classes, Kung Fu "Dragons" classes are held for children from 4 to 11 years of age and our Kung Fu Teenagers class (secondary school age) then teaches the kids up to 16 years old.
Our Tai Chi sessions are deeply rewarding classes for adults from beginner level and up teaching increased balance, co-ordination, better breathing and harmony within. We also specialise in teaching Tai Chi for the elderly.
Body Stretch is a flexibility & rehabilitation class to ease the body and address long-term muscular and joint problems to really improve your underlying health.

Our adult Tap Dancing classes go from the first basic steps right up to advanced combinations but above all, people come to have fun as well as learn this great skill.
